This April, classes 6A and 6B went on a really cool trip to London. After travelling by plane and train, we explored Covent Garden and quickly realized that London is huge, busy, and full of things to see. In the evening, we met our kind host families.

On Sunday, we visited Camden Market, where we could have spent hours, and later saw the Outernet installations on Oxford Street and the British Museum—which was actually quite interesting!

The next day, we went up to the 58th floor of Horizon 22, where the view was absolutely worth it, before enjoying a relaxing boat trip on the Thames past landmarks like the Tower and Tower Bridge. We also explored a graffiti tunnel that was definitely Instagram-worthy.

On Tuesday, we visited St Paul’s Cathedral and climbed to the top (tired legs included), followed by Tate Modern and the National Gallery—where some of us wondered: “Is this art… or can it go?” That evening brought the absolute highlight: a group dinner in Chinatown, followed by the musical Mamma Mia!, which completely stole the show.

On our last day, we took part in a street art walk and visited the Banksy Museum before relaxing in St James’s Park.

In the end, it was an unforgettable trip full of new experiences. A big thank you goes to our teachers for making this amazing week possible.
